1、 Power on/off:
Press and hold the [Power] key for more than 1 second to turn on the power, the red LED will be on for a long time and the LCD will display the last set temperature value and the corresponding unit;
Press and hold the [Power] key for more than 1 second to turn off the power or 180 seconds without any operation, the red LED will be off;
2, setting: after power on, without welding, press [power] 2 times continuously, you can enter the setting state, the red and green lights flash alternately, at this time, you can switch the temperature unit by short and long press [power] key for 1 second; short press [+] or [-] key, adjust the temperature value;
Set 10 degrees of temperature: 290-380℃/10℃ a grade (or 540-720℉/20℉ a grade);
After setting, you can press the [Power] key 2 times continuously again to exit the setting state, the red light will be on for a long time and return to the standby state.
The setting can only be made once after power on, and the power has to be turned on again when it needs to be set again.
3, heating / stop: standby state, short press [+] or [-] any key, start heating, red LED off, green LED flashing, heating process according to the set temperature and battery voltage varies, heating time is less than 3 seconds. After reaching the set temperature, the green LED lights up, will keep the iron head in the set temperature, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃ (or less than ± 2°F). Short press the [+] or [-] key again to immediately stop heating, or welding time to 30 seconds, will automatically stop heating, the green LED off, the red light on; need to continue welding, to press the [+] or [-] key again to operate. Welding process does not need to keep pressing the [+] or [-] key, if you keep pressing, it is always heating, let go, press the [+] or [-] key again to stop heating, or 30 seconds to stop heating automatically.
4, replace the soldering iron head: to be in the off state, to confirm that the soldering iron head without temperature replacement, to avoid burns and damage to internal components.
5, low battery: immediately after turning on the battery voltage detection, if the battery voltage is lower than 3.5V (according to the actual performance of the battery to determine the appropriate voltage value), the heating operation is not available, the red LED flashes (2Hz), remind the user of low battery needs to be charged after use, 6 seconds after the automatic shutdown.
6, charging: any time the charging cable is inserted, stop all work, red LED long light indicates charging; green LED long light after full. Charger is not unplugged, can not enter the work mode. Charging process by the charging IC to manage and protect the lithium battery to avoid overcharging.

1.  Extreme Heat:

• The soldering iron heats up rapidly and can reach temperatures up to 300 degrees Celsius within 6 seconds.
• Avoid direct contact with the soldering tip during operation or immediately after use, as it can cause severe burns.
• Always use appropriate protective equipment, such as heat-resistant gloves, when handling the soldering iron.

2.  Battery Safety:

• This soldering iron is powered by a battery. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for battery installation and usage.
• Use only the specified battery type and ensure it is properly charged or replaced.
• Avoid short circuits or exposing the battery to extreme temperatures, as it may lead to leakage, fire, or explosion.

3.  Small Replaceable Top:

• The top of the soldering iron is a small part and can become hot during operation.
• Exercise caution when replacing or handling the top to prevent burns or injuries.
• Allow the top to cool down completely before replacing or removing it.

4.  Fire Hazard:

• Do not leave the soldering iron unattended while it is powered on or hot.
• Always place the soldering iron on a stable and heat-resistant surface when not in use.
• Keep flammable materials, such as paper or fabric, away from the soldering iron during operation and cooling.

5.  Electrical Safety:

• Avoid using the soldering iron near water or in damp environments to prevent the risk of electric shock.
• Always disconnect the power source or turn off the soldering iron when not in use.
• Inspect the power cord for any damages or signs of wear before each use.

6.  Proper Ventilation:

• Ensure the working area is well-ventilated to dissipate fumes generated during soldering.
